GENERAL EVENT MEETINGS are our main monthly meetings, currently offered in Santa Rosa, CA (FEC). The meetings begin after the casual Networking Social while & during Registration/Check-In. Meetings start with an opening address, property pitch and identification of industry professionals prior to introducing the national speaker, who presents a new real estate topic every month. Speakers are chosen for their ability to teach in an interesting and informative manner. National speakers have highly developed, ready-to-use systems involving creative investing solutions, with an emphasis on increased efficiency and loss prevention strategies.
Our General Events are ideal for both new and seasoned investors. For the seasoned investor, this is a concentrated marketplace of investors looking to invest in discounted properties, and apprentices eager to become trained and groomed. New investors will appreciate being able to network and trade deals with senior investors. Plus, the opportunities to become educated, as an investor and as a professional entrepreneur, are ever-present. Invest in your success by actively participating in networking and your education!

WEBINARS are educational sessions with visual content held on the Internet. Some webinars engage VOIP technology for the audio portion of the presentation, while other webinars may ask attendees to dial-in to teleconference for the audience portion. Webinars usually last 60-90 minutes.

BOOTCAMPS are intensive training sessions hosted by national speakers and usually take place over the course of a few days or more. Travel to other cities may be required. Bootcamps are designed for the serious investor who invests in learning everything he/she can about a particular system from the guru who created and developed that system. Bootcamps allow students the opportunity to mentor with the national speaker, and usually includes on-going support as the investor begins actively using the system to invest in real estate. FEC negotiates substantial discounts with national speakers to offer members the best possible price.

NEW INVESTOR FOCUS GROUPS are instructional meetings taught by local real estate investors in a classroom setting. The class size is typically less than 50 students; and with two instructors, the student to teacher ratio is < 25:1. Topics include business management, creative financing, property rehabbing, etc. — all with a local emphasis. Senior investors also attend from time to time in order to increase their knowledge base and sharpen skills in a particular area.

TELECONFERENCES are live audio topics presented via telephone conference call. These are free and open to the public. Teleconferences typically last less then 90 minutes. Most calls feature an upcoming speaker who responds to questions provided in advance by FEC members. This is an excellent way to gain a better understanding of a particular topic from the convenience of your own phone – without the commute!
