We hear it all of the time…You are out in the field or in your office doing your absolute best to locate, buy and sell properties and make money. But it feels like you’re totally on your own- some describe it as the perception of working in a vacuum, lacking the support and camaraderie that we all enjoy.
By joining FEC it’s no longer necessary to fly by the seat of your pants or hanging in the wind, working in that vacuum. It can be difficult to learn new investing techniques in the changing market conditions with no one to bounce ideas off of, no one to turn to and ask questions, to brag to, or simply to complain a little bit about what a hard time you had on a specific deal – this proves to be personally and professionally rewarding, as your exposure and reputation in the business increase. This is one of the biggest reasons many of our members joined–to have a network of other success-minded investors they can turn to for support and input.

People join our club because it’s conveniently close to home or work and there are even some out of state members that join simply because they believe in FEC’s philosophy, the education and the support that we offer.

Some people have aren’t thrilled about the fact that sometimes we have national speakers that sell books and cd’s, but these are experts that offer valuable information to the membership. I did not go to college for real estate investing, I went to the school of hard knocks which was part of the motivation to create the FEC, so that others might take a different route.
To successfully meet the ever changing market demands, a strong, reliable and experienced team is an absolute necessity. Working with any title agent, realtor, contractor , hard money lender or mentor is always your choice but working with these select individuals because they’re on your team is an entirely different matter altogether.
