You’re out in the field or in your office doing your absolute best to locate, buy and sell properties and make money. But it feels like you’re totally on your own- some describe it as the perception of working in a vacuum, lacking the support and camaraderie that we all need and enjoy.
By joining FEC it’s no longer necessary to fly by the seat of your pants or hang in the wind, working in that vacuum. It can be difficult to learn new investing techniques with the changing market conditions and no one to bounce ideas off of, no one to turn to and ask questions, to brag to, or simply to complain a little bit about what a hard time you had on a specific deal – this proves to be personally and professionally rewarding, as your exposure and reputation in the business increase. This is one of the biggest reasons many of our members join–to have a network of other success-minded investors that they can turn to for support and input.
Our members know that together they can accomplish far more, than by attempting to do it all alone.
People join our club because it’s conveniently close to home or work and there are even some out of state members that join simply because they believe in FEC’s philosophy, the education and the support that we offer.
FECREIA helps it’s members stay involved, motivated and surrounded by deals. Members come together here to share their challenges and their successes, thus supporting each other in attaining their investment goals. Ongoing Motivation is very important but it’s not the only reason to join a great club like FEC…. there has to be more.

At times, people aren’t thrilled about the fact that we occasionally invite national speakers to present quality education and they may happen to also sell books or cd’s after the meeting. We strive to create a diversified venue where all attendees may learn and expand their businesses and network nationally. It’s crucial to our success, especially in today’s real estate climate.
I did not go to college for real estate investing, I went to the school of hard knocks which was part of my motivation to create the FEC, so that others might take a different route.
